Because the Cork and Craft specializes in both food and craft beer, we are discussing both with Mr. Gallanosa! Hear us discuss many topics with Derek, who’s craft beer and food knowledge runs deep. Together we discuss his ability to pair craft beer with food including some of the pairings that are currently being created at the Cork and Craft as well as how he created a full beer paired menu on the spot for some very intimidating dinner guests.
