Friday May 18th 2012 is San Diego’s Bike To Work Day! Here is a list of the pit stops that will be located throughout San Diego for riders to stop in for a refreshment, t shirt and of course a lot of TLC from volunteers and bike groups.
Bike To Work Day in San Diego is this Friday May 18th. BTWD this year is looking to gather thousands of cyclists from all over San Diego as they commute on two wheels to work and back. Bike commuters should feel free to stop at any of the 85 pit stops located throughout San Diego. Countless volunteers will be out at these pit stops to help support riders with anything they may need. From refreshments, to bike repair and bike tune ups all the way to full breakfasts and massages at some stops. Riders can also expect to pick up their Bike To Work Day 2012 t-shirts at a stop. Pits plan to be open from 6-9am, some of which will be open in the afternoon also for the commute home. Here is a list virtual map of the pit stops around town.
